Daily Routine:

1. Begin by applying a small amount of Medik8 Lipid-Balance Cleansing Oil Cleanser to dry skin, massaging it in circular motions to dissolve impurities and makeup.
2. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
3. Follow with a pea-sized amount of Aspect Super Moisturising Complex, applying it to the face and neck using gentle upward strokes until fully absorbed.
4. 1-2 times per week, apply a generous layer of SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Masque to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area.
5. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
6. Follow with your regular skincare routine, including sunscreen during the day.
