In the morning, apply 1/2 pump per eye on fingertips. Apply on the area below the eyes, on the outer corners, and on the brow bone. Gently pat the gel until it is completely absorbed. Follow with sunscreen.
Do not apply product to the inner corners near the tear ducts, below the brow bone, or on the upper lid.
It is normal for vitamin c products to darken after opening due to air and light exposure. The formula will remain effective. Once opened, it is recommended to be used within 3 months of opening.
As someone in their mid 20's, I've had dark undereyes and puffiness under my eyes always from university and on, and I started this as prevention and to hopefully treat these symptoms that made me look more tired. After using this, I can say that my under eyes are no longer an insecurity of mine.
My mum gave me this because her eyes were too sensitive for it and it made her eyes water. I didnt have that problem with them and have went through almost the whole first bottle and Im about to buy my second. It goes on nicely under makeup and doesnt pull. Feels nice under the eye. I dont have really dark circles under my eyes but I do have some puffiness. I like that it hydrates my under eyes and works well under my makeup.
I am on my third bottle of this serum. I use it every morning when I wake up and it de-puffs my eyes right away. I was skeptical about it the first month I was using it as I thought I couldnt see a change in regards to the dark circles around my eyes, I kept using it until I ran out and thats when I noticed how much this works. I am 48. I started using this product (in conjunction with Skinceuticals CE Ferulic and Triple Lipid Restore) and my crows feet have DISAPPEARED. Due to genetics and sunscreen use (ladies, USE SUNSCREEN!!!), I've always looked younger than I am, but combining these three products has really helped keep my skin in great condition. It worked for me and still continue to use it. It does have that ginger medication smell but the smell doesn't stay on your skin. It definitely moved 75% of my dark circles. It goes well for under makeup as well. I think it def moisturise the area and doesn’t lift the makeup (concealer or foundation) when I use it.
