2-3 times per week at first, increasing frequency as tolerated. Rinse skin with water, dispense 2-3 pumps into palm of hand and massage into the skin for at least 30 seconds using gentle circular movements. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat this process if wearing makeup or water resistant sunscreen. For men, apply foam and leave on for 30 seconds prior to shaving.
I only use this product once (Max twice) a week. It instantly removes all the debris and impurities from my face. Love it!

I purchased this product after noticing my skin to be very dull and looking like it needs a great cleaner. I really like this cleanser. It is a foaming cleanser and I normally find these drying but this one leaves an obvious softness to my skin. One pump Is enough to cleanse my face, neck and décolletage and it is a huge bottle! I love it as I know it has active ingredients in it which is always a plus and it doesn’t strip my skin!
