This product has really helped to rebuild my skin barrier from rosacea. My skin is quite prone and I am about 12months into my repair journey. The serum is a great support cream when used with my antibiotics, cleansers etc. By itself I've not had much luck, but when using as part of a complete program, I'm getting good results. Will continue to use as I really like the cooling effect it has on my face and it works well with everything else I use.

I bought this for my daughter who is 22 and has tried everything for redness. This is finally working for her. She is using it daily and has seen a good decrease in redness on her face and is very happy with it. Let it sink into the skin before adding moisturizer. Another great product from Skinceuticals.

I have been using this day and night as a moisturiser for just over a week now. It is making a noticeable difference in reducing my redness. It is quite a thick cream, so only a little bit of product is required, which is nice given that it is reasonably expensive. It has a nice cooling sensation as it goes on. I always wakeup to nice hydrated skin. I will keep purchasing as I have not yet found another product that makes this much of a difference for my redness. I highly recommend to fellow rosacea sufferers.

My skin always looks plump, dewy and even and feels super smooth, calm and soothed on waking. I also use a little bit after applying retinol to stop my skin from peeling. There's little to no fragrance, which I love - I don't understand why some brands use such strong fragrance in skincare, faces don't beed to be perfumed! And it's a lovely texture which somehow manages to feel deeply hydrating and cosseting without being heavy or greasy, and doesn't clog my oily skin.

I purchased this because my poor skin had been through a hammering with new skincare products during the lockdown period and became quite sensitised. If you have impaired your skin barrier... YOU NEED THIS! It is amazing. I caught a glimpse of myself passing a mirror after I'd applied it and I was honestly shocked by the lack of redness on my face! Like, I had forgotten what my face looked like without the redness/irritation. The product itself is somewhere in between a serum and a moisturiser, I apply it straight after cleansing for best results and lock it in with something like La Roche Posay baume (if you are oily, you wont need to additional cream on top). While my skin has been sensitised I have been using AM + PM but I will move to PM only now that my skin is better. This product has alleviated all redness and in a matter of days my skin returned to BETTER than normal! I will absolutely be repurchasing (despite the steep price). I cannot believe more people aren't talking about this! Highly recommend

I have been using this product for over a year. I have bad rosacea and am always looking for products that actually deliver what they promise: decreasing redness. This one does! I used to only use it in the warmer months, but now I use it year round even in CT. My skin feel moisturized but not sticky. Makeup goes on very well over it. I love it! Great product.

I have very sensitive skin and this really works for me. It reduces redness and calms down my skin

A nice texture, that instantly soothes and hydrates the skin. Saw an instant improvement in the redness on my cheeks upon application. Not sure if it is having a permanent affect on overall redness though.

Overall, I really like this product and do think it helps my redness. I had been using azelaic acid for about a year and then added phytocorrective gel in the AM and redness neutralizer in the PM. It has helped tone down the rest of the redness and sensitivity I had remaining.

I have rosacea and very sensitive skin and purchased this with the skinceuticals 0.5% retinol to assist with reducing the redness from the retinol and rosacea. It has certainly helped with both, however did not provide enough moisture to combat dry skin from the retinol, so I layered this with another moisturiser. Will continue to use and look forward to the results

I'm not sure why but I assumed this product was a serum, but it is a moisturiser. I have really oily skin, so I thought it wouldn't suit me. However, even though it is thick, it absorbs really well and even suits my oily skin! I have used this product for only a week (morning and night) and have already seen reduced redness in my mild rosacea. I'm really impressed with this product and will now definitely be trying other Skinceautical products.

Ive been using Finacea for two months and it hadnt worked to clear my papulopustular rosacea... I was using it alone because all other moisturizers, no matter how simple or how Id been able to use them before the rosacea started a year ago, caused the little pustules to pop up all over. I used this in college for slight pinkness and I remembered it and decided to try it again since I still have lots of Skinceuticals stuff (I use Phyto plus but ran out a while ago). Omg. Immediately after using it my skin felt so much better. Less hot and prickly, just better. I didnt wake up with a new set of pustules, and I was now pink the next day instead of totally red. Three days in my pustules are almost completely gone, including the main outbreak on my cheek where the whole rosacea saga started. And my skin is white, and just barely pink where the little pustules breakouts are healing. I also got some replacement Phyto and b5 gel that are also working with this lotion, but I started those two days after the lotion, so I know most of the results are from the lotion. I will never stop using this!!!

After using maybe three bottles, my rosacea is gone. I use this day and night, just a pump & gently press into skin I use other appropriate skinceuticals/cosmedix as my routine and resist picking at my skin & avoid hydra facials/sugar/alcohol/sun People complement me on my skin now, whereas before the occasional rude person would ask why was my face so red my nose in particular was quite red & swollen It's honestly life changing and I'm glad I persevered, hope you find the same x

A dermatology nurse recommend that I try this product. I definitely notice a reduction in redness when I use the product consistently.
